2005
In mid-2005, espresso machine operators were faced with the growth in consumption and demand for specialty and gourmet coffees in the interior of São Paulo. Enjoying a special coffee with high sensory notes soon pleases and conquers the palate of Brazilians, making this type of coffee produced here and recognized worldwide begin to be consumed and valued in Brazil as well. At that time, the greatest demand was aimed at equipment for professional use and scaled to large volumes limited to a few brands operating in Brazil. There was a lack of machines of different dimensions and versatility with more quality and performance. Thus, the demand for equipment where it was possible to taste differentiated coffees that greatly pleased the palates of its connoisseurs grew.
2005
With that, it was noted the need for machines that gave conditions to extract the best of these special grains, bringing unique flavors and experiences to each cup. Such a situation was already a dream and soon became a project, thus the race for the pillars that would sustain these needs begins. Having as a first pillar we find producers willing to work their crops focusing on quality, sometimes making a lot of effort in the time that was lost in the production of large volumes, more perfecting themselves to improve the quality of their coffee plantations.
2006
We still had the challenge of equipment with some aspects that could provide conditions to receive great beans and deliver perfect cups, it was when in 2006 LIBERMAC came to us, an importer that sought very high quality products in various parts of the world and made them available here in Brazil . One more pillar raised for the beginning of an audacious, challenging and very innovative project, dreamed of by few and discredited by many.
2007
We had our own customers and partners as a third pillar, so we took our innovation proposal to them and with their approval and support, in August 2007 we gave the beginning of a very challenging journey, but which we are passionate about until today, the birth of PROMATEC, a complete company with solutions for all types of business
2010
In 2010, Promatec inaugurated its first industrial roasting unit, which enabled vertical integration and the production of its own coffee, with the trademark “CAFÉ GRANELLO”. Later, with the arrival of new members with different specialties, it was possible to better manage and improve their sectors, thus reaching even higher levels. But it doesn't stop there, the will to do the best has not failed to bring about changes.
2015
In 2015, after a lot of research for the best beans, Promatec, through its industrial unit, started its project of searching, monitoring and accrediting coffee producing partners aimed at international quality requirements. recognized for great participation in national competitions and their awards, making evaluations and monitoring the results of grain scores that precede these negotiations. All this allowed us to deliver to our customers and partners a set of solutions involving support, consulting, equipment, inputs, accessories, training, in other words, everything you need to improve your business and make your day even happier.
